How do you feel when you hear your children say you hurt their feelings?

It breaks my heart to hear them say that I made them sad and hurt their feelings; I was surprised to hear them say that. I’m glad that they were able to say that this is how they feel now. I’m sorry to hear my children say they are angry with me or I made them feel bad. I guess this is something we need to work on. I would love to hear how my children think we can work on these things sometime soon.
