Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas 2019 to all especially Tom’s children Mathew, Alexandria, Theresa, and John.

We all know and hear from Tom all the time how much he misses his children and loves them. Tom’s four kids are the reason he keeps fighting every day. It will take time and money, but the egregious errors of his trial, the prepping and conditioning of the children are coming to light day-by-day as they work through the appeal process.

No matter what, Tom (their dad) has nothing but unconditional love for all. He will never give up the fight to see his kids and have the truth be known.

Tom’s favorite thing at Christmas was to bring the “magic” of Christmas alive for his children and others. The movie nights, the stories, the festive lights and trips to see Christmas towns like Stone Mountain were all favorites. One of the funniest Christmas stories Tom tells us is the Polar Express train ride they took the last Christmas they were all together. Tom says the ride was a big bust, a disapointment in all aspects of Christmas. It was so pathetic it was funny. Even Matthew commented on the creepy Santa the smokes and drives an old pick-up truck. Tom just laughs as he recalls trying to save the moment by saying to Matthew, “that was just a Santa helper, and a bad one at that…not really Santa.” Matthew smirked and said, “I know Daddy.”

Tom has absolute FAITH that he and his kids will enjoy that magic again as this whole mess is resolved and put behind us all eventually.

There is a great song by Andy Grammar called “Don’t Give Up on Me” which describes exactly how Tom feels about his children. You can find it on YouTube if you want to listen to it.

The fire, the passion that keeps Tom going are all the memories of the holidays, and everyday, Tom enjoyed with his kids. They were all good, never a bad or sad moment…despite what angry hateful people might say out of their own bitterness…We hope Santa and Jesus can help us bring things back to good, back to happy, back to peace and end the mud slinging.

Merry Christmas and Love To All,
