Can learning Japanese language be useful for the teenagers?

Answer by Thomas Zerbarini:

Emphatically Yes!

Learning a second language is huge especially at an early age. It develops their cognitive skills as well as opens their minds to different cultures and global awareness – a valuable skill in this day and age.

I would also press children to learn a musical instrument. The benefits of learning a musical instrument are both long and short term. Heres a quote from a Time magazine article…

Science has shown that when children learn to play music, their brains begin to hear and process sounds that they couldn’t otherwise hear. This helps them develop “neurophysiological distinction” between certain sounds that can aid in literacy, which can translate into improved academic results for kids.
